Dinner with QH

This morning went siwmming with Jo and her cousin. Initially met @ 10am, but somehow I managed to wake up @ arnd 8am, but i remembered the wrong timing and went back to sleep again til Jo called me 5 to 10. Woke up and met Jo @ swimming pool @ 10:30, but when I reached there it's arnd 10:45am.
We then went swimming and arnd noon we came up and went to bathe. After that we went to library to return our books. We took a bus from the swimming pool to library. When we alight, we saw a "traditional" playground nearby. "traditional" as in the playground area still consist of sand instead of the rubbery thingy we saw nowadays. There's also swings, which I missed most. HaHa.... Yeah, nowadays i seldom see swings around.
After the swing, we went to library and then to lunch @ Pizza Hut. After that, we went to cut our hair. Well, Jo and I only. Her cousin never cut. Hmmm.... I'm nt sure if the hairstylist's skill is considered good or nt. Good as in she/he (I also dunno if the person's a she or a he) did take in consideration of my thing hair. Bad as in somehow I feel that my hair is unbalanced.... hmmm, anyway, earlier on, while I'm still @ swimming pool, QH msg me wishing me a happy birthday. HaHa.... Thanks QH!
She asked me when am I free, she wanted to meet up and celebrate. Well, we chose tonight and we agreed to meet up @ city hall. We meet @ 6:30pm, and as it's still early when Jo and I went separate ways, I went home and change my clothes.
@ arnd 5 past 6, QH called me and said she reached, and my train just reached bishan station. So I said to call her when I reached. So, when I reached, something really lucky happened to me. While I was calling QH, my battery went flat! I have no ways of contacting her, but really luckily, she found me. HaHa....
So, after that, we went to New York New York to have our dinner. Luckily we went early. If we're a few mins late, we'll have to queue. I've ordered a Spaghetti with half roasted chicken with lime lemonade soda, while QH ordered a pork lasagne(spelling?) with hot chocolate velvet with marshmellows.
The food was rather tasty, thought the lime lemonade soda was really, really sour!! But it's tasty nonetheless. HaHa... Contradicting aren't I.... HaHa....
Well, after that, we walk to where our legs took us and we ended up in Marina Square. QH wanted to buy a pair of shoes, and I wanted to buy a bag. In the end, I bought a pair of shoes while QH bought nothing. HaHa....
After that we went to Times bookshop to walk arnd. Saw a book but nt sure I wanted to buy. Then QH, pulled me out of the shop and said nt to buy. HaHa..... She said I had bought a pair of shoes le, dun buy anything anymore. After that, we walked back to citylink and QH said to go into HMV to see if the cd she wanted was cheaper in there. *She found a cd in That CD Shop in marina square which costs 22.90 and in HMV it only costs 20.95.*
Then she found another cd which she wanted as well and was thinking if she wanted to buy. I then put everything back and say, let's dun buy 1st. Next time then buy. HaHa.... Then as we walked past the country albums section, I saw a cd which I wanted to buy. Then QH pulled it out of my hands and say, "don't buy, don't buy. Next time then buy." HaHa......
It's so funny lah. We're like telling each other don't buy, don't buy, next time then buy. HaHa...... Try to help each other save money. HaHa......
Anyway, I had fun tonite. Crapped with QH the whole night and it was fun. The food was tasty and the evening was great!
