Chinese New Year....

It's chinese new year 3rd day and i'm still sick.... Haiz... sian, my runny nose still nt ok yet, den some more my cough is getting worse n worse. Haiz.... wat to do? can't eat any of the new year goodies.... haiz....
On the 1st day, i couldnt even wake up. I'm soooo sick to wake up in the moring. still, have to drag myself up to go eat medicine... HaHa... eat le sleep, wake up a bit better... haiz.... Mother actually told me to stay @ hm to sleep wan, but den, later in the afternoon sooooooo many ppl come my hse, super duper the noisy how to sleep? den no choice i go coffee shop find my parents....
Den in the afternoon, we go temple bai my grandfather, den after that, we go hm arnd 5+. by time we reach hm, all gone hm le.... HaHaHa.... i think dis is the 1st time we actually gt hm later dan dey go hm.... HaHa... in the past, no matter we open buz or we go out, we always gt hm when our hse is fully packed, dis time, it's the 1st time we gt to an empty hm... HaHa....
Better 4 me den... HaHa... :P Anyway, we gt hm n bathed n go to my wai po's hse to bai nian... HeHe... over dere, we have our yearly gamble... HaHa... wif my 2 young cuz. We took turns to be banker, n we played til rather late @ nite. When we gt hm, i counted my money n i won 20cents frm the gamble. HaHa....
On the 2nd day, i'm met jan n jo for our yearly new year outing. Since dey all gng off @ 3pm, i propose to meet like 9am, so we gt more time to spend together. However...... i'm late... HaHa... I'm suppose to meet jan @ 9am @ hougang bus interchange. i woke up @ 8, took a bath, n da ban da ban, when i checked my clock, it's already 9:01am... HaHa... den i quickly rushed out of the hse n went to take a bus. the sickening bus still damn slow. I have 2 choices of bus to take, but none came. i waited 4 like 15 mins b4 1 came. we den meet up le go to vivocity to watch a movie. when we reach harbourfront mrt, it's like we've reached "normal day orchard road mrt" the crowd is sooo full tat u can't really walk.
Many ppl r gng to sentosa via monorail n i saw the queue to purchase tix is sooo long tat made me tot of the 1st mac/hello kitty mania...... it's super long ah..... oh, where was i? oh ya, the movie. we went to watch Norbit by Eddie Murphy. It's super funny lah. thou the storyline is a bit boring, but the movie is damn funny.... HaHa... i can tell u the whole story in a few sentences.
It's the typical qing mei zu ma type lor.
It says a baby gt abandoned by parents in front of a chinese restaurant, which is like an orphange as too many ppl abandon deir kids dere. den he gt a girl his age as friend. did everything together, like eat, sleep, pee, poo, u get the idea. den 1 day the girl gt adopted, n dey lost contact. den he's friendless n gt bullied. a girl his age but twice his size n height save him n demand him to be her bf in return. since den, he gt stuck wif her. grew up to be married to her n did all her biddings. the woman very nasty n he suffered. den his "xiao qing ren" came back n he still loves her. but the girl is other ppl's fiancee. but in the end, all happy together ending. HaHa... oh, did i mention the woman cheated on this guy n the girl's fiancee cheated on her? HaHa
See? the whole story is in dere.... HaHa..... but still gt many funny parts lah... HaHa...if u wan a good laugh, go 4 this movie.
where was i? oh ya... after movie, we went 4 lunch n den took some photos n time's up we went hm. After i gt hm, took a rest n in the evening, we went to my last uncle(my mother's bro) 4 steamboat. After dinner, we den prepared our unfinished gamble frm last nite. HaHa... n tonite, many more ppl joined in. My uncle(the host), my grandma, my 2nd youngest cuz(my uncle's daughter) n my aunt. B4 we start the game, my uncle's youngest daughter broke his golden pig coin bank. it's very heavy, but she's only 5 yrs old, she took it up nt even 1 inch frm the floor n dropped it n it broke. super fragile lah.
Then after we cleared up the mess, we dragged my uncle in, n he den came out of his bedroom wif a HUGE container of coins. Super huge lah, u noe those transparent container wif red lids tat contain love letters? ah, tat's the one! on the 1st round, he lost n paid us, but since den on, he won EVERY game!!!!! most of our $$$ all went to him. He's the biggest winner tat nite. His daughter helped him. Broke the piggy bank, "hua kai fu gui" ma.... he really the hua kai fu gui... HaHa....
4 us, who bet like 20c, 30c, den still ok, but 4 my mum n grandma, dey lost like 14 to 20 bucks each.... HaHa..... 4 me, i lost like $4.50 tat nite. Haiz..... ON the 1st day, i won like 20c, but on the 2nd day, i lost like $4.50.... haiz..... dis yr really nt suitable 4 me to gamble.... HaHa....
I told my sis, the coin bank(i mean the HUGE container) is his lucky charm, so we really shld follow his style, we frm now on we all go save up, nxt yr, we bring our own coin container go. HaHa.... :P
