Rite, here's my post on my London trip. here goes!

sis picked me up frm office @ 2:30pm n after picking up her fren'z daugther, we went to airport. we're quite late in checking in, so most of the seats were taken, n we had no choice but to sit separately. journey was 1 hr n dey do gave out some snacks during the journey. dey gave a bread stuffed wif cheese n a pc of trix. the bread was soooooo hard tat my teeth almost dropped out.

well, when we're reaching, i saw the land n the 1st thing i noticed was tat dere's A LOT of stadiums! i tried to match the stadiums to their various clubs n i TINK i saw Old Trafford! Haha.. anyway when we past the custom n need to go collect lugguage. dere's a golden retriever wif a guard standing by the exit n the guard took the dog around to sniff all the ppl. u noe how much i "scared" of real dogs, i didn't realise the dog was actually sniffing my bag n when i turned around, dey're juz walking off n i got a fright. HaHa.

After tat we went to get an oyster card. oh yes, an oyster card. HaHa. It works exactly like a ezlink card. the british called it an oyster card. HaHa. anyway, we took the underground to Green Park where the hotel is located. during the trip, the train broke down a lot of times n we're stucked in the train 4 like an hr. initially we need only 45mins to reach the destinated station, but it took us almost 2 hrs to get dere.

after we checked into the hotel, we walked down to Piccadilly circus. our hotel is on piccadilly road, so it's quite a short dist walk. we den decided to get noodles 4 dinner n we went to the chinatown. had a roast duck n pork hor fun n a wonton soup share wif sis. the portion is so huge tat i can't finish it. but it's really delicious. after that, we walked to leicester sq. it was arnd 10pm at nite, n as sis gotta wake up early tml, we walked back to the hotel. walked past marks and spencer food store n went in to get some water.

btw, we stayed @ sheraton park lane hotel. it's a 5-star hotel. sis can't get any cheaper ones as dere's some activities gng on dere @ tat moments n most hotels r fully booked.

sis gt up n went off to work @arnd 7.30am. i stayed in bed to arnd 11am when i went to bathe n decided to go walk around. i'm surprised @ myself tat i ACTUALLY travelled around London by myself! O.O

frm the hotel, i walked crossed the garden Green Park n walked to Buckingham Palace. dere's a lot of ppl dere n i managed to get some nice pics. tried my best to fit the whole palace into my cam le, but it's juz too big. after tat, i walked along St James Park toward the House of Parliament n the Big Ben. i also tried to fit the house of Parliament into my cam, but it's juz too big. so i took part n part of it. HaHa.

anyway, aft tat, i crossed the bridge n walk over to the ferris wheel. i wanted to go into the london aquarium, but as i walked in, a bunch of children walked in as well, i reckon it'll be rather noisy, so i passed tat. i finally reached london eye, but the queue was juz toooooo long! i dunna wait so i turned back.

btw, i missed breakfast n lunch. it was already 2pm when i reach london eye. when i turned back, i went into the souvenir shop to get some souvenirs. bought a shirt dere. walk further up dere's a cart selling shirts, so i bought another 2 shirts. HaHa. bought a racerback, L size. the gal said i wear M wil do, but i insisted on L. went back to hotel n try, L is juz nice. HaHa. tink the gal tai kan de qi wo le. :P

anyway, i initially wanted to get on e hop on, hop off bus where it took u round london. but frm hotel didnt noe where to take, so when i saw it @ the london eye, i purchased the tix n board the bus.

went to St Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge, Tower of London, etc. gt off @ the last stop n wanted to transfer to another route de bus de. but at tat stop, tat route de bus made 2 stops. the 1st one is stop no. 31 where it move on to buckingham palace, etc. n it go 1 round n stop dere 2nd time which is stop no 60. where it den went on to Harrods n Kensington Palace etc.

after i gt down, i wanted to go to Harrods. so i shld board the bus tat stop 4 the 2nd time. but i followed the wrong crowd n board the 1st stop bus, which goes to all the places again. i then stop @ london eye dere, Yes Again!, n took the other bus. cuz tat stop is oso another stop where tat bus stop 2 times. so i board the other bus. finally i'm gng to the rite direction. wanted to go to Madame Tussaud's, wax museum. but when i past dere, it's liek half past 4pm n dere's a looooooong queue dere. some more it closes @ arnd 5 or 6pm, so i carried on to Harrods.

when i reached Harrods, the place it huge!! those on display outside was all glassware, n etc. n some more it's already 5 plus n i have to get back to hotel arnd 7, so dere's no enough time to look arnd, so i took the underground back to the hotel. past by marks n spencer food store again, went in to get some doughnuts n cookies n some drinks. walked past starbucks wanted to get some coffee, but my hands r full so didn't get it. reached hotel too lazy to go out again, so juz ate the doughnuts wif water.

sis reached hotel arnd 7;20pm. we rushed to the Queen's Theatre to try get tix for Les, Miserables nxt day show. to sis's surprise, the seats r all available. we gt the best seats n it costs 50 pounds, like S$15o. sis den explained to me tat 4 dis show, it's normally very hard to get the tix. n she's surprised tat all seats r available when she bought it.

after tat, we went to Aberdeen Steakhouse to have dinner. hope mom did see dis. i had steak 4 dinner. it was nice n the meat is really delicious. the meat costs 17.50 n a side cost 3.00. had a fruit juice cost arnd 2.80. So total tat meal, it costs arnd 24 pounds = S$72.00

HAHAHAHA

den we walked back to the hotel n have an early rest.

woke up quite late today n it was due to an air-conditioner service man. yuan lai, sis went report tat air con is nt working n he came up wanted to look at it. he came in n saw me sleeping, he apologise n went back out. he did ask me if i still wanted him to take a look @ the air con thou. i said no n he went out.

bei woke up 2nd time, n dis time is by the room cleaning attendant. had to put up a do nt disturb sign, so dey won't knock again. yesterday too. then i switch on the tv trying to watch sth to make me wake up, but i fell asleep again. HaHa. woke up arnd 2pm n called my mom to chat a bit, den my sis. arnd 4:30pm sis came back. she bought some doughnuts, she told me the previous day tat it's one of the best.

initially planned to go to Oxford St where the 3-storey Nike store is located n Harrods thou. But due to me waking up late, i didn't go.

we slacked a bit n @ arnd half past 5, we went out of the hotel. we took a bus down n we went to a s'pore n m'sia cafe to eat. Had a penang prawn mee n a pearl bubble tea. the bubble tea is teh tarik wif pearls. HaHa. sis had a laksa n a chendol. well, it's chendol w/o red beans. wat's chendol w/o red beans? it's cheating! HaHaH! oh well, anyway, aft tat, we walked thru chinatown n dere's really A LOT of chinese cafes n restaurants in dere. we then walked to the theatre n went in 4 the show.

the show is REALLY REALLY nice n i TOTALLY love it! it's a musical n it's really nice. the casts r really handsome n pretty n dey're really professional. oh, btw, i saw Jon Lee frm S CLub 7. he is one of the main leads. HaHa. didn't noe he's doin musical now thou.

After the show, we went 4 a snack. @ burger king. had a chicken sandwich. while eating, we saw a guy wearing a superman shirt n dere's a couple of girls took photos wif him. y? u may ask, cuz dey tink he looks like Superman! HAHAHA.... i turned around n see... he's nth like superman! oh well, maybe he's as tall, n his fringe does make him look a bit like superman. HAHA... anyway i tink dere's a premiere of superman show tat nite n the theatre showing it is jus nearby.

woke up early today n went to Oxford St shopping. had to check out early n deposit our lugguage @ hotel. oxford st is REALLY long. spent 4/5 hrs n we only covered 2/3 of the st. n btw, oxford st is like s'pore's orchard road. @ arnd 1, we went to convent garden. had lunch @ wakamama, jap restaurant. it's really crowded n staffs super busy. i somehow tinks tat the guys dere r sissys. HAHA. dey made me felt tat way. oh btw, had breakfast dis morning. a bacon n cheese sandwich, n a coffee @ pret-a-mager (nt sure spelling correct nt). it a famous sandwich cafe like coffee bean n starbucks.

anyway, bought a pair of jeans n a bag @ convent garden n after tat, we made our way back to the hotel. collected our lugguage n i have to squeeze all the suffs i purchased into my backpack, which i used to put all my clothes to london.

sis had to lend me a tote bag to put all my xtra stuffs. n tat had to check into the plane. flight back to Germany is 7.20pm n the plane is fairly empty. HAHA. had the same snack on flight, but dis time the bread was stuffed wif ham. HAHA.

London is fun! n i totally love it! i'm already planning when to go again le. n who i bringing go. i juz love it dere n u noe wat, i dun wanna go back!!! HAHA......
